Trust people to come in here and swear they were never on it. No lies please.
2go, the Whatsapp of those days was the rave of the late 2000’s. Very addictive and razz something. When people were cashing out on the internet, I was wasting my youth here in pursuit of what they call Master star if I can remember clearly. I would leave my phone logged onto the app all night so my star progress can grow faster.
There was what they called GoCredits used for sending photos.
And chat rooms.
Flirtzone was my favorite. Then I started exploring rooms like the gay room, rap zone, games room and advice room. One time I used the app to anonymously confront my sister’s cheating boyfriend in a public chatroom. I told my room mate and she used my trick to advice her boyfriend on his body odour issues in Flirtzone. I was there as a witness. 😀
The level of immorality in that app was frightening. People offering nudes in exchange for GoCredits and N100 airtime. The catfishes account were a lot. Boys posing as girls and girls posing as what they are not. I met a celebrity there, and we met physically during the Christmas holidays. That was the only good thing that came out of the app. I also met another guy in a date that turned out as my worst (in terms of chemistry). It was mutual. We had nothing to say to each other.I just stood up and walked out immediately my food finished, with my cocacola in my hands.
After crossing the master mark, I completely lost interest and deleted the app. I think Twitter became my new love interest.
Who else was here?
